Location: North Dublin
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM

As a Warehouse Operative, you will be an integral part of the day-to-day operations, ensuring that all tasks related to stock handling — from receipt to dispatch — are executed with high standards of accuracy and safety. The role requires a proactive individual who can efficiently manage time and balance multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

  • Loading and unloading goods from delivery vehicles.
  • Ensuring the correct sorting and storage of goods in their designated areas.
  • Operating counterbalance and reach forklifts safely and efficiently.
  • Picking orders accurately according to company procedures.
  • Managing stock control, ensuring inventories are accurate and up to date.
  • Maintaining the warehouse in a clean, safe, and orderly condition.
  • Adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Utilising ERP systems for data entry and inventory management.
  • Communicating effectively with team members and management through email.

Requirements:

  • Full driving license required.
  • Valid counterbalance and reach forklift licenses.
  • Proven experience in a similar role within a warehouse setting.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Computer literacy, proficient in sending emails and using ERP systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent physical fitness and ability to handle heavy items.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to high standards of work.
  • Effective communication skills.
